Johari Window ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Johari Window mobile and web application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

3. Storage and Deletion

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly within the application:

1. Log in to the Johari Window app.
2. Navigate to your Dashboard.
3. Tap the Settings (⋮) icon in the top right corner.
4. Select Delete Account from the menu.
5. Confirm the action by tapping DELETE FOREVER.

Data Removal: Upon deletion, your profile, all assessments, friend feedbacks, and stored result images are permanently removed from our servers.

4. Service Providers

We employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service:

• Google Firebase: For authentication and database hosting.
• RevenueCat: For managing in-app subscriptions and purchases on Android.
• Razorpay: For processing secure payments on the Web (India).
